7 CHARACTERISTICS OF SPIRITUAL MATURITY

1. Accountable before God and Man... Matthew 12:36; Romans 14:12; Genesis 39:6b-10

2. Abandoned (Yielded) to God's desires.

3. Acceptable (Approved)... to the truth and God's standards.

4. Attitude of Self Denial... no covetousness; no envy of others works.

5. Amicable, Admirable and Appreciative...

6. Assured: With assurance of destination

7. Authentic... Genuine; True... and yielded to the truth!

THE SPIRITUALLY MATURE CHRISTIAN IS AN ANOINTED CHRISTIAN!


7 TRAITS OF AN UNSCRIPTURAL UNHEALTHY IMMATURE "CHRISTIAN"

1. Arrogant and Abusive ... with the Word

2. Argumentative in demeanor and voicing dissatisfaction in the plan of God

3. Assuming... to suppose something to be true.

4. Ashamed... of the gospel of Christ; reluctant to do something about wrongs and those persons or statements which plays down God's Word.

5. Artificial... insincere; man-made in theory, thought and/or actions.

6. Antagonizing and Annoying = provoking to enmity; irritating and troublesome

7. Average = satisfied with the status quo; straddling the fence on pertinent spiritual or moral questions.

A spiritually immature religious person "Christian" is one that feels he has Attained... or Arrived as high as he can get with the talents he has been given by God.
