The ABC’s for Living Life to the Fullest

A = Accept the fact that you are going to fail... but, don't dwell on it. I choose to call failures... experiences. Experiences that will help me to succeed. If you don't learn from failures, you are going to be "unstable" in all your ways... and certainly not a successful Christian, business man, parent, etc.
"Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts." Winston Churchill

B = Believe in yourself... but put God first. I think the most tragic story of one's life is to not to believe you have worth. If God is first, then you will love yourself; thus, desiring to be all you can be.

C = Challenge yourself to be the best that you can be by using the talents and gifts the Holy Spirit has given you.
1 Corinthians 12:4, "There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit distributes them."

A = Accentuate the Positives and the "experiences" in your life to help others achieve success.

B = Bow before God and you will stand up strong under pressure.
C = Confess your faults and failures to God. He loves to turn a failure into a successful partner with Him.
I know what NIV and ASV of the Bible says concerning James 5:16, "Confess your sins one to another." However, I feel that the translations are wrong when they say "sins". KJV is what I think is the right translation, "Confess your faults one to another." Jesus, the Christ, is our advocate. He is sitting at the right hand of God, the Father. We don't need a man who is a priest... or even a friend to confess our sins... we only need Jesus, our high priest, to confess our sins. Many families, marriages have been broken and twisted due to the confession of sins to a friend or spouse. Your high priest is Jesus alone.

Daniel's prayer should be ours... for ourselves and our city:

Daniel 9:17-19, "Now, our God, hear the prayers and petitions of your servant. For your sake, Lord, look with favor on your desolate sanctuary. Give ear, our God, and hear; open your eyes and see the desolation of the city that bears your Name. We do not make requests of you because we are righteous, but because of your great mercy. Lord, listen! Lord, forgive! Lord, hear and act! For your sake, my God, do not delay, because your city and your people bear your Name."

Franklin Roosevelt said, "When you come to the end of your rope, tie a knot and hang on."

George Macdonald said, "If I can put one touch of a rosy sunset into the life of any man or woman, I shall feel that I have worked with God."

Gerald Cumby said, "When we try our best to live according to the Word of God, God sees our acts and He acts to help us achieve our goals and objectives in life."

"Action, Belief, and Confession takes us into heavenly realms where God desires to provide comfort, encouragement, and peace to His children He created in His likeness."
